Visione Vesuvio presents the third edition of “Il Cinema Fuorisala” Open-air cinema is back in Naples, between the Quartiere Intelligente and the MUBI Fest at the Floridiana

Visione Vesuvio, an association founded in Naples in 2024 to put cinema into circulation through film series, retrospectives, screenings and events, presents the third edition of Il cinema Fuorisala and brings the big screen back outdoors, spreading the program across two locations in the heart of the city.
In the garden of the Quartiere Intelligente, Delirium Tremens comes to life from 14 June to 26 July, an arthouse film series of six films in their original language: Paris, Texas, The Dreamers, Satyricon, Totò Diabolicus, The Great Beauty (La Grande Bellezza) and, to close, The Pizza Triangle (Dramma della Gelosia).
At Villa Floridiana, Visione Vesuvio teams up with MUBI for the MUBI Fest, which from 3 to 5 July will crown a journey devoted to contemporary cinema and to the circulation of film culture within the fabric of the city. An equally packed program that will include the previews of The Unknown (L'Inconnue) by Harrari, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma by Jane Schoenbrun, Her Private Hell by Nicolas Winding Refn, Rosebush Pruning by Karim Aïnouz and Rose by Markus Schleinzer.
Adding institutional weight to the project are the support of the Campania Film Commission and the patronage of the City of Naples, together with a network of partners that speaks to the direction taken: the Ministry of Culture, the Floridiana, Musei Italiani, the Campania Region, the Campania Region Film Commission, the Ipogeo dei Cristallini and Artled. With Visione Vesuvio, films become the spark for conversations and unexpected bonds, but also a lens through which to rediscover and move through the city's spaces in an ever-new light, strengthening the bond between the new generations and the territory.
