Nike launches its Fall 2018 Tech Pack Material innovation and data are used to create new silhouette forms

Nike has for a long time been an avid pusher of the technical aspects of its clothing. So much so that they in 2007 inaugurated a new range especially dedicated to pushing performance through technological innovations under the name of Nike Tech Pack. This year's collection sees completely renewed innovative materials with body-informed and environmental data used to create functional and focused silhouette forms. Incorporating knit and woven materials in various engineered layers with strategic cuts to provide a full free range of movement while guaranteeing elasticity and breathability.

“The product is engineered to the body through innovative and expressive materials that allow for stretch and breathability, we wanted to redefine Tech Pack as more of a head-to-toe collection, introducing new styles and materials, allowing for a new and more expressive connection to sport” Senior Design Director Ricky Hendry.

Using the BMX athlete Nigel Sylvester and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. for the campaign the collection includes innovative tops and bottoms for both men and women. Available in North America and China August 1, and in the rest of the world August 16th.
