Perimetro's project to raise funds for Bergamo hospital

'100 PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR BERGAMO'

Perimetro's project to raise funds for Bergamo hospital '100 PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR BERGAMO'

Following the unexpected success of the photography auction by Finarte (perhaps the most famous action house in Milan), which in the past quarantine days sold some of the most precious photographies of their archives from the past 50 years, the world of photography is the protagonist of one more initiative in the fight to Corona Virus. In fact, a large group of photographers and Italian artists answered the call of an anesthesiologist from Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo

That's the start of 100 FOTOGRAFI PER BERGAMO (literally: '100 PHOTOGRAPHERS FOR BERGAMO), an initiative promoted by Italian magazine Perimetro and the Liveinslums Onlus: in just a few days, 100 artists who work in fashion, arts, design, portrait donated one of their works to the cause. The prints of those photographies are currently available on perimetro.eu at the price of € 100 each and you can buy them until April 3rd, 2020. By buying them, you will help us to strengthen the intensive care unit of the Hospital in Bergamo.

Among the photographers who took part to the project, there are some legends from the world of fashion: Alessandro Treves, Paolo Roversi, Mario Sorrenti, Alex Majoli, max&douglas, Piero Gemelli, Michelangelo Di Battista and a beautiful shot of Franca Sozzani by her son Francesco Carrozzini.

The works will be printed by LINKE lab. and shipped as soon as the laboratory resumes its normal activity.
