5 things to do in Paris this weekend
From May the 2nd to 4th
May 2nd, 2025
In the blink of an eye, the week comes to an end, and the weekend is already on the horizon. At the same time, spring has made a grand return to put an end to our winter woes. It's time to enjoy the mild temperatures and longer days by venturing outside your cocoon. More than ever, the streets are buzzing with activities to suit every taste. Find out now what the city has in store for you this weekend.
Where to eat: At the new wine bar L’Oursin
Behind this new spot, two familiar faces: Louise Perry and Louis Plichet (Les Enfants Perdus, Sauvages et Gâtés), who bring to life a space that is simple and welcoming, just like them. Open every evening from 5 p.m. (non-stop on weekends), L’Oursin offers a short but sharp menu: bellota, tarama, lemon pici, cold roasts, and Cuban sandwiches. Raw products meant to be shared without overthinking. All of it paired with natural wines and carefully crafted cocktails — special mention for the salty gin tonic by Baccae. A relaxed vibe, generous menu, and fresh oysters from morning to night on weekends. Just steps from La Mongolfière, Sur Mer, Bonjour Jacob, and Walk-in-Paris, L’Oursin is shaping up to be the new neighborhood go-to.

To discover: At Dawn x Print Print Print
Tonight, at dawn and print print print are opening the doors to a wardrobe like no other. This collaboration gives birth to a space where printed images meet textile archives. On one side, at dawn, a Parisian boutique for curated vintage and designer pieces, specializing in rentals and custom sourcing. On the other, print print print, a curatorial project celebrating the beauty of printed imagery — from fanzines to lookbooks and rare editions — with an eye for detail and a fashion-loving spirit. Together, they’ve created a hybrid space, halfway between gallery and dressing room, where clothes and prints interact like a living moodboard. The installation comes alive from Saturday to Sunday, with an opening night happening tonight. Expect: archives, meetups, good vibes, drinks by @mujenspirits and onigiris by @omusubigonbei_france.

Where to have fun: With the Ollie Tour and Théâtre du Châtelet
After two weeks touring France, boards in hand, the Ollie Tour crew wraps it all up in Paris. This Saturday, head to Place du Châtelet for one last open-air session — and quite a finale. Designed as an extension of the Ollie film by Antoine Besse, the project blends film, skate culture, and community spirit. For this final stop, the Cash for Ollie format returns with bigger prizes, giveaways, and a DJ set by @daleleimen. The event is part of the Festival des Places, led by the City of Paris, Théâtre du Châtelet and Théâtre de la Ville, which brings accessible cultural events to public squares. Free and open to everyone, this gathering bridges street art and institutions, and offers a last chance to celebrate the project before the film’s release on May 21, 2025.

Where to party: With Chop Chop, Domaine Geschickt and Chouf at La Station Gare des Mines
This Friday at La Station, Chop Chop, Chouf, and Domaine Geschickt unveil an unexpected but organic collaboration: their first wine vintage, born of months spent pressing, DJing, and harvesting. A natural wine imagined as an extension of their creative ecosystem. To mark the release, they’ve put together a line-up that tells their story: Leslie Camara, Nadia Keira, Canal Chouf, Tsssssss, Paul Lavernhe, Theediane, Merlin Modulaw, Bamao Yendé… plus a surprise guest. Artists close to the project, blending club culture, sound design, and alternative scenes. A party in their image: spontaneous, collective, unfiltered.
