Dressing like Pedro Pascal

Because an Acne Studios outfit defeats a zombie apocalypse

Dressing like Pedro Pascal Because an Acne Studios outfit defeats a zombie apocalypse

Whether it's the bounty hunter's armor in The Mandalorian or a pair of boots held together with duct tape in The Last of Us, Pedro Pascal looks good in any outfit. After being unanimously voted "cool, slutty daddy," the Chilean actor is winning over even that small part of the web that still didn't appreciate him. How? With one outfit at a time. Accomplice to Julie Ragolia's styling, Pascal's latest outings has turned into the perfect opportunity to say goodbye to those scruffy, shapeless looks that had dressed the actor in the past to make way for the new. If that is new then a full Acne Studios looks even better. During the premier of the new season of The Mandalorian, Pascal sported a combo that fully reflects the golden rule of "little shirt, big pants" with a variation on the theme: a knit top over a gray tank top paired with a pair of bright red pants.

The next day the actor did even better. A guest in London on BBC Radio 2, Pedro Pascal showed up in the studios in a decidedly more oversized fit sweater with an almost metallic look that is part of the Spring/Summer 2023 collection by the brand 4SDESIGNS, the same one that had dressed Riz Ahmed during the 2022 Met Gala. In contrast to the previous release, where the play of proportions enhanced the contrast between the top and the bottom, this time Julie Ragolia played to exaggerate by increasing the volume of the outfit.

Let's face it, Pedro Pascal is living his golden age. After a career with second-rate roles (no one has forgotten Oberyn Martell), the Chilean actor is starring in two of the most acclaimed TV series of the last period, while clips of his interviews are popping up on TikTok. This liaison with the fashion world is thus just the latest piece in a journey that aims to transform Pedro Pascal from a simple "cool, slutty daddy," to an authentic style icon. All the prerequisites are there; we look forward to the next look.
