The collaboration between Les Deux and Prince reimagines the tennis aesthetic Focusing not on the style of the tennis players, but on that of their spectators

Les Deux, the Danish brand known for its preppy sporty style, and Prince, a global icon in tennis and racquet sports lifestyle, have announced an exclusive and limited collaboration. The collection captures the essence of the atmosphere surrounding tennis: not just the game itself, but everything around it, from pre- and post-match rituals to the social vibe of the stands.

Prince brings its rich 90s archive, with bold colours, club graphics, classic tennis court lines and that confident visual character typical of the golden age of tennis. Les Deux interprets these elements through its own lens, blending sporty references with a more everyday and cultural aesthetic. The result is a line that celebrates tennis as a social phenomenon, where sport becomes a style code and an opportunity for connection.

The collection focuses on the energy that surrounds the match: the anticipation, the observation, and the sharing of a collective experience. It is not about technical sportswear for playing, but rather garments designed to live the world that revolves around the court, turning sport into a lifestyle.

From a stylistic point of view, the line blends glossy technical fabrics with textured cottons, striped knits, washed graphics and relaxed silhouettes. All in a palette of muted tones enriched by vibrant retro accents. The collection consists of seventeen pieces between apparel and accessories: a shiny track jacket with matching shorts, jacquard and intarsia polos, a lace-knit cardigan, seersucker shirts, graphic tees with Prince archive artwork, washed denim shorts and co-branded caps.

Mathias H. Jensen, Creative Director of Les Deux, explained that the goal was to explore the culture that is built around the game. «The match takes place on the court, but the real culture is built in the stands. That was the aspect we wanted to investigate with Prince. It was not about creating garments for sport, but about telling the world that sport generates. The collaboration felt natural because both brands live in the space where sport turns into style: Prince thanks to its tennis heritage, Les Deux through the cultural interpretation of sport.»

On Prince’s side, Matthew Salter, Executive Vice President of Partnership Marketing at Authentic Brands Group, emphasised how this partnership represents a contemporary evolution of the brand’s heritage. Prince has always been rooted in the intersection of sport, fashion and culture, and this collaboration with Les Deux interprets that heritage in a fresh and modern key. By combining the 90s tennis heritage with Les Deux’s contemporary perspective, the collection portrays a lifestyle that goes far beyond the court, while remaining faithful to the authentic soul of the brand.

The Les Deux x Prince capsule will be available in limited quantities from 18 May 2026.
