Porsche and Aimé Leon Dore reunite for a new collaboration

UPDATE 18.05.2021: exactly one week after the announcement of their second collaboration, a few hours ago Aimé Leon Dore posted on its Instagram profile a video that reveals the true protagonist of the partnership: a Porsche 911SC. There is still no further info on the collaboration, which could include along with the bespoke car also a clothing capsule.

11.05. 2021: After last year, Porsche and Aimé Leon Dore have announced the upcoming release of a second collaboration that will combine the heritage of the German car manufacturer with the coolness of the New York brand.

The announcement came directly from the Instagram accounts of the two brands, along with an image of a Porsche 911 with a personalized plate bearing the initials of Teddy Santis' brand. There are no further details on the collaboration, while the last time the two companies had joined forces was for the restoration of a 911 (964) Carrera 4 which also appeared at the Aimé Leon Dore show during New York Fashion Week, followed by a capsule collection.

In the last year, ALD has become one of the leading brands in the street world thanks also to a series of winning collaborations. One above all that with New Balance which earned Santis the role of creative director of New Balance Made in USA, the new line of the English brand that will see the light at the beginning of next year.
