What happens if Hello Kitty emigrates to Italy and meets Pop and Street CultureThe Pink Mill is born, a unique space in the heart of Rome, where East and West merge creating a cool and surreal mash-up. This unique place, located in the "Pastificio Mulino Pantanella", the renovated industrial complex that was the most important Italian pasta factory of the '70s, is an art gallery that houses the most complete art collection of works and toys by Hello Kitty created by the coolest pop artists of the contemporary scene, from Kaws to Obey, from Buff Monster to Murakami, from Jeremyville to Frank Kozik, from Tara McPherson to Jeremyville, but it is also much more. The Pink Mill is a secret restaurant where you can taste typical Roman cuisine combined with ancient Japanese ceremonies.

Some pearls from the menù?
Pasta cacio & pepe prepared with the matcha tea whisk, amatriciana, and carbonara which mix Japanese techniques with local tradition. Brunches, dinners and cooking lessons will be available only on reservation, with limited places.
