5 Things to do in Milan this weekend From January 23 to 25

This weekend in Milan could bring the first snowfall of the season, news that certainly won’t lift the spirits of residents who were hoping for a bit of sunshine. This weekend too, however, the city has geared up well for the cold, organizing an endless list of indoor activities for 48 hours of free time. And as always, nss has rounded up the best options for you in a handy guide.

So here are 5 things to do this weekend in Milan from January 23 to 25.

To Eat - Osteria Speciale

Osteria Speciale is the new gastronomic project in the Isola district, created by Sara Arosio, Stefano Cerliani, Stefano Riva, and Marco Zanutto. Between the open kitchen and the carefully designed setting, the venue offers a menu that follows the different moments of the day, ranging from Piedmontese and Lombard traditions to the great classics of Emilian and Lazio cuisine.

To Chill - Ate Obanzai Bar

Ate Obanzai Bar is the new project by Keika Kikuchi: a small, warm, and informal bar where the focus is not on elaborate dishes but on home-style flavors. The inspiration comes from Kyoto, where small izakaya exist that are dedicated to obanzai, seasonal bites that every family prepares in its own way. Twelve seats, evenings only, all on stools at the counter or shelves, with the open kitchen set into a space designed by architect Ishiyama. A place where you can feel at home and discover the flavors of Japanese cuisine.

Via Casale, 3a

To Discover - The Three Greats of Spain: The Art of Dalí, Miró, and Picasso.

Don’t miss the chance to visit the exhibition curated by Joan Abelló on the greatest Spanish artists of the 20th century, open until Sunday, January 25, 2026 at the Fabbrica del Vapore. Three artists, three unique and revolutionary perspectives, and a shared legacy that forever transformed the face of modern art, developing symbols and languages that still influence our contemporary world today.

Via Procaccini 4

To Shop - Antonioli

After its runway debut at the most recent Milan Fashion Week, the Napapijri by PDF collaboration is already available at Antonioli - as well as on the official websites of both brands and at selected multi-brand retailers. The project was born as a creative dialogue between two seemingly distant worlds: on one hand, the technical heritage of Napapijri, made up of garments designed for extreme conditions, high-performance materials, ergonomic fits, and iconic outdoor details; on the other, the bold aesthetic of PDF, steeped in hip-hop and underground culture. Historic models such as Skidoo, Rainforest, and Bering are radically reinterpreted in a collection that maintains comfort and protection while shifting toward a younger, street-oriented language.

To Party - BUKA Estesa

The Circolo Amelia opens its doors on Saturday, January 24 and joins the sonic liberation front that brings together Buka and isciān. Arriving in Milan is Radio Alhara, an independent radio station founded in Palestine in 2020. Twelve hours of celebration, two rooms and a Caveau, from 10 p.m. until morning. The night kicks off with the Trancesettes of Westphalia, followed by Katatonic Silentio and Sister Effect with a five-hour session to carry us toward the first light of dawn.
