Where to Eat in Milan - Atypique

Atypique is a wine bar that opened just last autumn but has already become a favorite spot for many Milanese who love to spend the weekend with a good glass of wine. Inspired by French wine bars, the enoteca offers artisanal or natural wines, platters, crostini, dishes, and sandwiches from Slow Bread Lab. This Saturday, Atypique is hosting Raclette and champagne, an exclusive event where you can taste the Extra Brut Champagne "Eclats de Meulière," French raclette with raw milk, and wild boar culatello.

What to Visit in Milan - MIA Photo Fair 2024

The photo exhibition titled The Shape of Relationships is dedicated to the great Italian photography collectors. Curated by the journalist and writer Rica Cerbano and designed by the architecture studio Lissoni & Partners, the exhibition features a selection of 50 works from the most important private collections in Italy, highlighting the deep connection between the photographers and the subjects portrayed. Among the represented artists are significant names such as Ettore Sottsass, Efrem Raimondi, Leigh Ledare, Nan Goldin, Lisetta Carmi, Muholi, Catherine Opie, Ugo Mulas, Robert Mapplethorpe, Man Ray, Jacopo Benassi, and Jason Schmidt. In addition to individual artists, there are also duos or collectives such as Bernd & Hilla Becher, Rong Rong & Inri, the Italian photographers Jean Marc Caimi & Valentina Piccinni, and The Cool Couple. Some works result from active participation of the subjects photographed, as in the case of JR, Vanessa Beecroft, Patrick Willocq, Maurizio Cattelan, and Franco Vaccari.
