The Jacquemus empire grows and strengthens with two new major projects In two days, the French brand announces the creation of its holding, a valuation of half a billion euros and a new shop in Monte Carlo

After a venture into the world of beauty in partnership with L’Oréal and numerous boutique openings across the globe, Jacquemus has decided that the time has come to regroup and consolidate its operations. Thus, at the end of May, Jacquemus La Maison Mère was born, a holding company that includes Jacquemus La Mode and Jacquemus La Beauté, two distinct branches of the brand, but now neatly organized. But that’s not all: less than 24 hours after this announcement, the brand also shared its brand-new installation at the The Monte Carlo Beach Club on the Monegasque coast, in collaboration with the Société des Bains de Mer de Monte Carlo. A collaboration that includes a full renovation of the Beach Club’s pier, with a coordinated and refined design extending to the Pool Café, and the opening of two Jacquemus boutiques, all decorated with the brand’s signature aesthetic: banana yellow, coconut milk white, and black stripes. Two projects announced in record time, showing that this is just the beginning for the Jacquemus empire.

But while we may be tempted to check out the sunbeds, parasols, and beach towels in the colors of the La Croisière collection featured on the Beach Club pier, it’s unlikely that lounging and sunbathing are on the agenda for Simon Porte Jacquemus, who’s been relentlessly rolling out projects and big announcements for months. Projects that are clearly bearing fruit, as shown by the creation of the Maison Mère, and more importantly, the valuation the brand underwent to allow its launch. Indeed, the company founded in 2009 was recently valued at €576.1 million, with La Beauté already valued at €46.1 million and La Mode at €530 million. Not bad for a brand born 14 years ago in a small, remote corner of Provence, run by a single multi-talented figure.

To create this Maison Mère, Simon Porte Jacquemus, founder and majority shareholder of the brand, transferred nearly all his shares in Jacquemus La Mode—98.15% of the capital—as well as all his shares in Jacquemus La Beauté. In return, the artistic director and CEO of the house received no less than 57,610,838 new shares in the holding company, along with a contribution premium of €518 million. It seems that 2025 continues to bring good fortune to Jacquemus, who keeps delivering major news and exciting developments—so much so that we can’t help but wonder what surprises he still has in store for us. With 9 boutiques, from Paris to Mykonos and Monte Carlo to New York, London, and Los Angeles, 4 points of sale, and 300 employees, Simon Porte Jacquemus keeps proving that in addition to being an exceptional designer, he’s also an incredible businessman.
