After the debut on the catwalk in Milan last September and collaborations with Fendi, Jason Wu and Gosha Rubchinskiy, FILA is ready for a new project. The company founded in 1911 is about to launch FILA Fjord, a premium line entrusted to the Creative Direction of Astrid Andersen, one of the most interesting names at the Men's London Fashion Week.

The collection of casual-wear, whose slogan is The measure of perfection, will include clothing, outerwear, footwear, accessories and bags, characterized by high quality materials, made to last over time, and a clean and minimal design. The Danish designer, excited to be able to re-imagine FILA's story and its DNA for a modern audience, explains that, influenced by her Scandinavian roots, she is creating new garments thinking of "a natural, sustainable and functional lifestyle, inspired by the relationship between Nordic architecture and nature". FILA Fjord will debut with its first FW19 collection during the Pitti Uomo edition of next January.
