Fedez and Uniqlo launch a new charity initiative The capsule collection for children with complex neurological diseases

On social media much has been said about a suspicious domain, fedezelezioni2023.it, registered yesterday in Milan by the company ZDF, owned by Fedez: public opinion was divided between those who believed it was the latest publicity stunt for the launch of the artist's latest album and those who instead thought that, after years of clashes with Italian political representatives, Fedez decided to run for the vote, following in the footsteps of his American colleague Kanye West. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the charity initiative born from the collaboration between the UNIQLO brand and the rapper on the occasion of the t-shirt capsule for the drop of the album Disumano on November 27th, in support of the TOG Foundation, Together To Go Onlus, specialized in the rehabilitation of children suffering from complex neurological diseases.

Despite having been present in Milan for just over two years, UNIQLO Italia has decided to support local realities, actively contributing to the daily life of people and with this in mind it has decided to collaborate with Fedez and support the TOG project by donating 50,000 cotton shirts on which the artist Francesco Vezzoli, one of the most successful and famous Italian contemporary artists worldwide, has created three exclusive graphics inspired by the works of Leonardo and Vitruvius.
Vezzoli's illustrations are an interpretation of the opposites that reside in every human being - optimism and pessimism, romanticism and detachment, vanity and social commitment - and show the influence of a rich historical and artistic imagery set for the occasion in bright colors of contemporary pop. Alessandro Dudech, CO of UNIQLO Italy, commented: "Continuously nourishing one's historical and cultural roots is part of the UNIQLO philosophy. The brand firmly believes in a business model capable of contributing to the progress of society, for which the artistic empowerment and community support are essential ingredients ".

The t-shirts will be distributed with the purchase of the album, in pre-order at the link, and part of the proceeds from the sales will then be donated to the TOG Foundation to support the rehabilitation of children suffering from complex neurological diseases, in particular Infantile Cerebral Palsy and Genetic Syndromes with Mental Retardation
