GCDANCEVENTS is an international dance agency founded in 2019 by Giuseppe Canale, dedicated to classical and contemporary dance. Its mission is to organize recruitment auditions worldwide, giving dancers direct access to prestigious schools and companies and supporting institutions in discovering and promoting new talents. Thanks to consolidated experience in management and artistic consultancy, the agency builds lasting connections within the international dance community, guiding each project with excellence, precision, and innovation.

Originally from Pozzuoli, Giuseppe Canale began his career in Munich, completing his professional training in Germany before moving to Dresden. His international path contributed to the creation of a solid global network that today connects artists and organizations, aiming to support new generations of dancers and establish meaningful collaborations. The agency has joined forces with prominent partners and sponsors worldwide, including Julie Kent (Houston Ballet), Aaron Watkin (English National Ballet School), and Yosvani Ramos (Ballet de Monterrey). Major sponsors include Gay-Odin, the historic Neapolitan chocolatier, and So Danca, an international dancewear brand born in Brazil.

The year 2026 marks the fifth year of activity and inaugurates a new season of international collaborations. Its 5th edition will take place in Pozzuoli under the patronage of the Municipality of Pozzuoli at the Belvedere of Villa Avellino, one of the city’s most historic and evocative locations. The event, scheduled for June 30, will host over 150 guests from more than 25 nationalities and will include over 30 masterclasses, with artistic directors from institutions such as Houston Ballet, Semperoper Dresden, and Joffrey Ballet School. On July 3, the Belvedere will host an International Gala featuring étoile Iana Salenko (Staatsballett Berlin), along with artists from Houston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Ballet Basel, and local companies such as ArtGarage and Cornelia Dance Co.

In its fifth year, GCDANCEVENTS continues to grow, bringing new events to Monterrey (Mexico), coordinated by Thelma Flores, and expanding to Porto Alegre (Brazil) in collaboration with Carla Bublitz from the FIDPOA Festival. Continuing the tradition of past editions, the agency has reached countries such as Argentina, Japan, Philippines, China, Australia, South Korea, and many more, consolidating itself as a highly anticipated annual event for both young talents and artistic directors.

GCDANCEVENTS represents a unique reality: a curated project, a space for dialogue and support for new generations, centered on talent. Here, dance finds an environment that fosters growth and expansion, turning passion into a concrete pathway to develop and pursue one’s goals.
