Everything that happened at the Ti Amostro Elevator by Puma x nss France event
What happens in the elevator stays in the elevator
March 12th, 2025
Have you ever experienced that awkward moment when you're stuck in an elevator with a complete stranger and have absolutely no idea what to talk about? When the discomfort is palpable, the silence is heavy, and the minutes drag on? Well, the communities of Puma and nss france were far from experiencing this embarrassment last Friday, quite the opposite. Last Friday, the two communities came together for an event focused on sport, streetwear, and sharing, taking things to the next level. At the heart of this collaboration lied the Mostro by Puma, a sneaker defined by its sleek, futuristic silhouette and distinctive Velcro fastening that first made waves in the early 2000s and is now making a bold comeback. In order to properly present the come back of its iconic shoe, Puma decided to interview, through the vibrant Naïlat Salama Djae, a variety of artists and creatives in an unusual place: an elevator.
Set in the intimate yet symbolic space of a lift, Mostro Elevator, an innovative video series conceptualized by Nailat, invited influential personalities from fashion, media, and culture to share their thoughts, experiences, and personal style all while wearing the Mostro shoe. Every guest featured in the campaign reinforcing its status as a statement piece that transcends trends and personal identities. Through this lens, the elevator becomes more than just a confined space, it transforms into a metaphor for transition, introspection, and the dynamic interplay between self-perception and societal gaze. And this elevator didn’t take our guests just anywhere, but to an event spread across three floors, where connection and sharing were the key words, with the discovery of the new edition of the Mostro model, the campaign presenting it, and a whole new merch created in collaboration with Utile_ustensile. The first floor, where a DJ set ensured a great vibe throughout the evening, was just a preview of the mood that awaited visitors. On the second floor, there was a space dedicated to the new model and its campaign. The last floor, but not the least, welcomed guests with refreshments to keep dancing until the end of the night. Set against the backdrop of the showroom, the evening was a celebration of bold aesthetics, shared experiences, and the continuous evolution of fashion as a form of self-expression. Besides presenting the new Puma model that everyone is already after, the event was especially a success in terms of exchange and reunion for the community. If you missed the event, you can still rush to check out the Puma campaign on the Instagram profiles of nss france, PUMA france, naidjae, and the sports champion Robert Pires, but above all, rush to grab a pair of Mostro before it gets sold out.
