ENTJPN 61 presents the new capsule inspired by archival sneakers The new chapter of “THE ARCHIVE SERIES”

Enterprise Japan presents The Archive Series, a dynamic project born from the study of archival sneakers, designed as an ongoing journey through the launch of exclusive capsule collections, inspired by models and references that have shaped sneaker culture and lifestyle, reinterpreted today in a contemporary key.
Opening the project is ENTJPN 61, chapter zero, whose name pays tribute to the second Universiade, held in Osaka in 1961, one of the most important university sports events in the world. Between busy campuses and passionate competitions, young athletes from all over the world competed with discipline and determination: ENTJPN 61 celebrates this mix of youthful energy, sharing, and authentic sportsmanship.
Inspired by ’60s running shoes, the capsule reinterprets proportions and volumes, offering a model with essential and functional design. The sneaker stands out for its ultra-light flat sole and deliberately worn effect that defines the vintage character of the model. The collection is available in 11 variants: from suede to leather, to combinations with technical fabric and a raffia version. Double bicolor laces, for seven of the capsule’s models, add a detail that enriches the design and reflects the brand’s attention to details capable of defining the sneaker’s character.
The concept of ENTJPN 61 is not a simple reconstruction of the past, but a reinterpretation of heritage in a lifestyle key, transforming sporting legacy into new forms of expression, merging memory and contemporary vision in a perfect balance.
