Tétier x La Manso: When the Infinitely Small Shapes the Future of Jewelry A second blossoming for the iconic duo
Following a 2023 alliance that electrified the fashion world, Florence Tétier (founder of Tétier Bijoux and creative director) and Adriana Manso (the Barcelona-based soul behind La Manso) reunite their singular universes. This duo, now iconic for their ability to transform polymer into objects of desire, proves that their synergy is far from having exhausted its creative potential.
The heart of this collection lies in a quasi-scientific observation of the living world. Throughout the creative process, both designers immersed themselves in a meticulous study of floral development, scrutinizing the blossoming of corollas and the complexity of stems. From this immersion into the infinitely small, a brand-new aesthetic grammar has emerged, where organic forms now dictate the rules. The textures, more intricate than ever, mimic plant veins while dressed in a palette of explosive tints—an inseparable signature of La Manso’s irreverent spirit.
To elevate this vision, photographer Florian Joye captures a world where the boundaries between the natural and the manufactured completely blur. Under his lens, the jewelry seems to sprout from an imaginary earth like new plant species coming to life before our eyes. This staging supports the idea of an "augmented nature," where the accessory no longer merely adorns, but becomes an organic extension of the body.
Florence Tétier’s enthusiasm further highlights the depth of this creative partnership. She confides that working with La Manso gave them the feeling that everything was still left to explore, as much on a technical level as on that of pure aesthetic experimentation. For the designer, this project is above all a joyful and spontaneous celebration that begged to be extended to push the traditional boundaries of fashion accessories.
Now, this fantastic flora takes over our daily lives. Whether blooming sculpturally across the knuckles or boldly clinging to earlobes, these imposing pieces impose their own seasonality. This collection marks the triumph of a daring fashion that, by drawing inspiration from the fleeting fragility of flowers, successfully delivers a vibrant and lasting aesthetic.
