5 things to do in Milan this weekend
From May 16 till 18

May 16th, 2025
After a rather gloomy start to the week, marked by grey skies and scattered thunderstorms, it seems that the spring warmth is finally prevailing over the clouds. While some have already taken the opportunity to organize out-of-town trips or the first weekends at the beach, Milan offers a very rich calendar of events, new openings to discover, and hidden gems to rediscover this weekend. From new wine bars perfect for an outdoor aperitivo to cultural events scattered across the city, the mix is more varied than ever. On Friday and Saturday, the Heineken Bar Dating events will also land in the city, not only helping you find new romantic matches but also taking you around Milan’s nightlife scene. So if you haven’t yet decided how to spend the next few days, as every week, here comes nss’s guide with 5 things to do in Milan this weekend.
To party – Heineken Bar Dating

After the success of the first events in Rome, Heineken® returns to Milan this weekend with Bar Dating, the web app that turns discovering new venues into a matchmaking experience. The format brings a mix of music, unexpected encounters, and, of course, fresh beer to participating bars. Tommaso Zorzi and a crew of creators will also be there to narrate the evening, while updated profiles of the venues on the platform will help you choose where to best experience this new form of socializing.
To eat – Decantami VINBAR
A few months ago, a new wine bar opened in the heart of Porta Romana, Decantami VINBAR. The food and wine offering not only features an extensive international wine list but also a menu of tapas and small bites inspired by the Italian aperitivo tradition, presented in a modern key. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine outdoors or for a candlelight dinner.
Corso Lodi, 26
To chill – Dashi Pasticceria
Last summer, Dashi Pasticceria opened in the center of Loreto, a café entirely dedicated to oriental desserts and the ritual of tea. Here, Chinese heritage meets a meticulously curated aesthetic, with handcrafted sweets shaped like pineapples, peanuts, and other small sculptures to be savored first with the eyes, as well as matcha, yuzu cakes, and other traditional Chinese flavors.

To discover – Patagonia Disaster Style @ Mosso
This Saturday, May 17, Patagonia brings the adrenaline and authenticity of outdoor life to Milan with the launch of Disaster Style, a new short film series dedicated to the challenges of extreme parenting. For the occasion, at MOSSO, the public will be able to immerse themselves in the adventure through exclusive screenings, sustainable swap parties, and activities designed for the little ones too, from bouldering to creative workshops, for a day focused on sharing, nature, and fun.
