Overlooking the waters of the Ligurian Riviera in Sestri Levante, TIGU Beach opens the new summer season, reaffirming its status as one of the destination’s most iconic and exclusive beach clubs. Under the creative direction of Edoardo Santanna and Marta Ferrari, the project reinterprets the tropical allure of Miami Beach through a distinctly Ligurian lens, creating an oasis immersed in Mediterranean greenery where hospitality, design and lifestyle converge into a single experience.
At the heart of the season is the collaboration with GUESS ICONIC, which transforms the beach club into an immersive experience celebrating the launch of the fragrances GUESS ICONIC SUBLIME and GUESS ICONIC BLUE. From parasols to lounge furnishings, every element of the space is infused with the brand’s aesthetic and chromatic codes, creating a sensory narrative in which fashion, design and perfumery come together within a sophisticated setting curated down to the finest detail.
The two fragrances embody complementary identities: GUESS ICONIC SUBLIME expresses a radiant and contemporary femininity, while GUESS ICONIC BLUE conveys a dynamic and Mediterranean masculine elegance. Together, they create an olfactory journey that accompanies the entire beach club experience. Attention to detail is further reflected in the collaboration with GIMMERSTA WALLPAPER, which designed the interiors with premium wallpapers. Luminous textures, tropical references and contemporary motifs define a sophisticated and cosmopolitan visual language. This is complemented by the contribution of RICOTTI, a historic agricultural company based in the province of Genoa and active for more than fifty years, which oversaw the landscaping project, transforming TIGU Beach into a space dominated by tropical vegetation where the Ligurian landscape meets the imagery of an international resort.
The season also introduces a range of new lifestyle collaborations, from 1664 BLANC, a light citrus-infused beer designed to accompany every moment of the day, to ACQUA MINERALE SAN BENEDETTO, a leading Italian premium non-alcoholic beverage brand. Completing the offering is the exclusive EMME pop-up, open until July 25, featuring a contemporary womenswear selection and the EMME À LA MER capsule collection created with Mimì À La Mer, inspired by Mediterranean hues and the retro charm of Italian summers. Overlooking the beach club’s VIP area, the temporary boutique offers a private space with double sunbeds, exclusive lounges and dedicated services.
