KidSuper collaborated with Havaianas at Paris Fashion Week All about the grass-covered flip-flops that appeared on the catwalk

Havaianas returns to the spotlight at Paris Men’s Fashion Week and unveils an exclusive flip-flop design created specifically for the KidSuper FW26 show: the Havaianas Top KidSuper Turf Pitch. The Brazilian icon, long synonymous with boldness, expressive freedom and constant reinvention, joins forces with New York–based streetwear brand KidSuper to present a project that blends fashion, sport and imagination. The new model draws inspiration from a very precise source: the grassy surface of football pitches, transformed into a desirable object with a strong narrative dimension.
Founded by multidisciplinary artist Colm Dillane, the brand debuts the model during the FW26 show, sending down the runway a pair of Havaianas entirely covered in green velvet, inspired by the freshly cut grass of a football field. The grassy texture enhances the sensory illusion, evoking the feeling of walking on a real turf and transforming a simple flip-flop into an object with strong conceptual power.
The new Top KidSuper Turf Pitch model once again confirms Havaianas as a brand capable of redefining the concept of the flip-flop, elevating it to a desirable fashion item and a contemporary statement. Finished with metallic logos from both brands, the flip-flops become an iconic detail designed to complete and lighten the runway looks. Presented during the show and gifted to front-row guests, they officially preview the new Havaianas x KidSuper collaboration, set to launch in September.
The collaboration gives life to an unexpected accessory—both surprising and contemporary—that tells the story of the meeting point between the creative universes of Havaianas and KidSuper. The result is a flip-flop with a playful edge: the design of the Top KidSuper Turf Pitch challenges the hierarchies of traditional fashion. Rooted in imagination, the collaboration embraces the irreverent aesthetic of both brands, speaking to new generations, fashion lovers and football fans.
