Aries, the London-based luxury streetwear brand, and Baracuta, a company founded by the Miller brothers in Manchester back in 1937, join forces for the first time for an exclusive capsule collection. This all-British collaboration reimagines Baracuta's timeless silhouettes with Aries' graphics and logo, a brand founded in 2012 that has helped define the language of contemporary streetwear. Aries manufactures its own garments in Italy; attention to the manufacturing of its products is one of the brand's most important aspects. In contrast, Baracuta, born in Manchester, is one of the first brands that comes to mind when thinking about the concept of "Made in the UK." The collaboration leverages the contrast between the two brands: Baracuta's classic DNA juxtaposed with Aries' innovative design and cutting-edge style. Captured by Winter Vandenbrink, the jackets from the collection, available in a special deconstructed version, are immortalized amidst the bustling streets of London.

The choice of photographer is no coincidence: Vandenbrink is known for his passion for documenting urban youth culture, providing a thorough analysis of urban centers through the lens of his camera. Iconic pieces from Baracuta's archive, the G9 Harrington and G12 Classic Mac jackets, have been reworked and adorned with Aries Greek and Aries Ancient Column logos repeating throughout the design - a significant reference to the iconography of Greece, which Aries incorporates into its storytelling. They have been engraved with a laser technique inside the Aries factory, creating a unique result on each garment, thus becoming a one-off piece. Among other features present on the garments is the iconic Fraser Tartan lining. The pieces are available in military green, brown, and black tones. Yet, the special features do not end here: the jackets are finished with the classic detachable Aries carabiner, in silver and gold, and with a genuine leather tassel.
