The after-lunch dessert that we offer you today has been lovingly prepared by our friend LVCA, aka that good boy behind SABOTAGE parties, who put on the "Chocolate" of Maruego a good dose of Jersey Club.

"The Jersey Club Music is a genre born in southern New Jersey and it's an evolution of Baltimore Club, from which takes influences and classic sample sound. The Jersey sound is contaminating mainstream pop productions and world famous artists, thanks to producers always more focused on the news coming from the street. My productions and my DJ sets are very influenced from rap, a genre which, with Jersey, is speeded transforming classic hip hop and rnb traces into 140bpm bombs. In Italy, as Sabotage, we brought some of the greatest exponents of the movement, like Dj SLiink and Brenmar. It's all about playing super hit with a beat that makes it impossible to stand still".
