REFRACTIONS is an exhibition dedicated to products with an emblematic style made with GORE-TEX products, including the new GORE-TEX INFINIUM brand where cooperation and collaboration are two key concepts underlying the brand philosophy.

The brand aims to increase the performance and functionality of their products dedicated to an urban lifestyle these are pieces created in collaboration with the most prestigious urban brands on the world scene such as Stone Island, Stüssy, adidas Originals or even Comme Des Garçons, Junya Watanabe and MAN. The exhibition Refractions intends to launch the new GORE-TEX INFINIUM brand and highlight how the convergence of different creative forces can produce unique forms of "light" to be sent to the whole world.

Yesterday, to inaugurate the exhibition, a special round table was held, in which the infinite ways in which cooperation and collaboration can contribute to elevating design and product performance were explored. The innovator in the field of fabrics Borre Akkersdijk, the "engineer-designer" Giovanni Pagnotta, the founder of the Berlin creative agency BEINGHUNTED Jörg Haas and representing Gore, Benedikt Schlichting, took part.

Beginning in autumn 2018, partners from around the world will be able to tap into the pioneering technology of the new GORE-TEX INFINIUM ™ brand, which will also be on show at the Fuorisalone: ​​the latest development of GORE-TEX in a whole new category in clothing, footwear and accessories can offer "comfort and performance beyond simple waterproofing". The products are a milestone in the development of the brand, as well as an expansion that will allow visionaries and innovators to further enrich their offerings in the fields of outdoor and lifestyle.
