The must-see SS18 campaigns From digital paintings by Ignasi Monreal for Gucci to Balenciaga's paparazzi style images

Let's take a look at the most beautiful, interesting, cool and innovative SS18 advertising campaigns: from the digital paintings by Ignasi Monreal for Gucci, to the paparazzi style images by Balenciaga, from the Kardashian-Jenner clan for Calvin Klein to the cinematographic shots by Bottega Veneta, from Kim's clones Kardashian for Yeezy to the iconic Kate Moss and Vincent Gallo for Saint Laurent.

Gucci

Alessandro Michele for the advertising campaign SS18 chooses the Spanish Ignasi Monreal. The illustrator and artist gives life to Utopian Fantasy, a series of dreamlike works, in which he re-elaborates with his unique style masterpieces such as Arnolfini Portrait by Jan Van Eyck, The Sleeping Beauty by Hans Katzka o Ophelia of Pre-Raphaelite John Everett Millais.

Calvin Klein Underwear & Calvin Klein Jeans

The new concept of #MYCALVINS puts the family at the center (real or formed by friends), as a symbol of unity between individuals, and becomes #MYFAMILY. In addition to the goal of Willy Vanderperre the sisters alternate Kardashian-Jenner, but also the crew A $ AP Mob, Kaia and Presley Gerber, Solange Knowles and Millie Bobby Brown with Paris Jackson.

Yeezy

For the Yeezy campaign 6 Kanye West turns Paris Hilton, Sarah Snyder, Sami Miro and Amina Blue into Kim Kardashian clones, paparazzi-style portraits.

Absolutely simple and brilliant.

Balenciaga Womenswear & Balenciaga Menswear

More paparazzi style images, made by Best Image, for the Balenciaga womenswear campaign. Among the protagonists who try to cover their faces and escape from the photographic lens is Stella Tennant.

To present the men's collection to the world, Demna Gvasalia chooses the family portraits from the 80s mood of Robbie Augspurger, famous for the series "Glamor & Headshots".

Raf Simons

In the images of Willy Vanderperre we find the neon Chinatown that recalls the atmosphere of "Blade Runner" already seen during the New York show of the collection.

Saint Laurent Womenswear & Menswear

Two style icons for the SL SS18: Kate Moss and Vincent Gallo.

Both beautiful in the black and white shots of David Sims.

When minimalism pays.

Bottega Veneta

"Reflections" is the new chapter of The Art of Collaboration created by Fabien Baron, a campaign focusing on moving images. The purpose? Telling the story of Bottega Veneta "through the most narrative medium currently available: the film; not to dilute the message and to naturally derive all the other points of communication from the film ". The models chosen are Vittoria Ceretti, Aube Jolicoeur and Sora Choi.

Church

For his new advertising campaign, Church's chose the ironic objective of the photographer Jamie Hawkesworth and the white cliffs of Dover, as a backdrop to his irreverent shots with a dreamlike mood.

Miu Miu

Miuccia Prada goes up to the southwestern desert of North America to tell about his SS18 collection.

The images of the "Return to Arcosanti" campaign, in fact, were taken by Alasdair McLellan in Arizona, where the futuristic urban experiment of conceptual architect Paolo Soleri becomes the perfect landscape to enhance the new Prada garments.

The models? Elle Fanning, Kesewa Aboah, Anna Ewers, Doutzen Kroes, Lily Nova, Joan Smalls, Slick Woods.

Alexander Wang

Tired of the usual fashion photos, the Taiwanese designer chooses not to portray models wearing the garments of his collection, but to leave the role of protagonists precisely to his creations. In the pictures by Albert Watson there are only sentences by Kaia Gerber, Zoë Kravitz, Behati Prinsloo and other it-girls side by side with unstructured t-shirts, stilettos wrapped in barbed wire or feather crowns.

Missoni

Kendall Jenner, photographed by Harley Weir in the evocative setting of White Sands National Monument, becomes the protagonist of a vibrantly colored painting, in which the gigantic patchwork of the American artist Rachel Hayes becomes a sort of extension of the Missoni garments.

Acne Studios

Juliette Lewis, her expressive face and her lithe body are the strong point of Acne Studios.

An icon of the 1990s portrayed by Talita Chetrit.

Proenza Schouler

Mariacarla Boscono is the protagonist of the new collection of

Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.

You only need the topo to fill the images created by Tyrone Lebon.
