Diesel's new line inspired by Copyright

Renzo Rosso's brand presents a series of items featuring all-over prints with the "Copyright" logo

Diesel's new line inspired by Copyright Renzo Rosso's brand presents a series of items featuring all-over prints with the Copyright logo

Since a long time, Diesel has been active in the fight against brand counterfeiting. The multinational company led by Renzo Rosso in recent months has confiscated and destroyed tens of thousands of counterfeit products around the world and, in 2019 alone, shut down 1,244 websites (such as the Chinese Taobao and the Brazilian Mercado Libre) promoting the sale of fake items using the Diesel trademark, logo and images. Now, the brand has decided to address the issue of internet regulation and the digital landscape, focusing on irony by launching an entire line of men's/women's items for the SS20 featuring all-over prints with the "Copyright" motif. The logo, which is the absolute protagonist, appears diagonally on long coats, straight leg jeans or as part of hybrid leather jackets.

The collection consists of pieces in black and white, versatile, which can be added to a wardrobe of essentials to give a twist to minimal outifits or which can be mixed together for a bolder look. The offer includes a chemisier dress in lightweight georgette crepe, a reversible hooded jacket, a cotton poplin shirt and straight jeans. All are highlighted by the Copyright all-over logo print, including the shiny coated nylon shopping bag and summer sandals.

Coats are definitely a must-have. The women's version has a hood and is made of technical fabric, while the men's version is made of nylon. Both have a quilted interior in neon shades.

The "Crazy Copyright" collection is available in Diesel stores and on the official website. Prices range from 110 euro for the shirt to 330 euro for the woman's coat.
