Lacoste replaces its iconic crocodile with 10 endangered species For the 'Save Our Species' capsule collection

Lacoste renews its commitment to protecting the planet and for the second year, launches Save Our Species, a capsule collection in support of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), an ONG that deals with the protection of animals and nature.

For the occasion, the brand has replaced its iconic crocodile logo with 10 endangered species on a series of white polo shirts. The result is a total of 3,520 T-shirts on sale from 22 May at £135, whose profits will go to the IUCN. Each of these specials items will be available in a single store, in a number of pieces corresponding to the number of animals still present in the world. For example, Lacoste store in Paris will only house the Iberian lynx, the Tokyo headquarters the northern hairy-nosed wombat, the London headquarters the Yemeni Mouse-Tailed Bat or Rhinopoma hadramauticum and so on.
