How are you living the quarantine: fears and dreams?

In these times where everything is suspended, where silence and the sense of emptiness make the setting unreal, I literally took the opportunity to electively re-evaluate my life and detoxicate from any dull set of priorities acquired prior to March 2020. I’m a man not easily discouraged and I strongly believe that serenity can be found also in darkest times, experiencing a “positive” solitude especially in a schizophrenic era where, bordering on ostentation and self-celebration, people is obsessed to boldly find its place in the society. We finally have the opportunity to rediscover ourselves. On a professional side, this shutdown occurred at the end of one of the craziest fashion season ever, considering that most of the brands started showing precollections in November and working also as a buyer, this meant a no stop Paris /Milan coming and going until the lockdown. I think we have to learn a lot from this forced stop and its lasting effects that surely will not be only personal but economic, reconfiguring the whole fashion system and its crazy rhythms.

What is your soundtrack?

I’ve created my “Ecce Quarantine” playlist on Spotify with new tracks added day by day that I share on my Instagram stories with some trashy or sexy “Ecce” videos. If I have to choose one, I’d say Unicorn Kid - Boys of Paradise: it always puts me in a good mood!
