How are you living the quarantine? Fears and dreams?

All is well under the current unfortunate circumstances with the people I love and myself. The Netherlands is currently under a semi lockdown, so, for example, some non-essential needs stores are still open. Big department stores and independent stores have decided to close. Our government has chosen to implement a more tolerant strategy towards the spreading of the COVID-19 virus. Thus far all the measures have been introduced in phases, in order for the population to get used to the current situation and to avoid panicking. This is also a way to control the pressure on the healthcare system. My biggest fear in this situation is the naivety and ignorance of people toward the virus. There are a number of theories, various stories circulating around the internet, social media. These theories and stories are not based on factual statements. We really do not know much about this virus and we are pretty much left in the dark. So the circulation and spreading of these theories, stories are causing the real virus. Panic. We must trust our governments as we are in this together. My biggest dream is that humanity shall prevail and learn from this in many ways possible. We should cherish our freedom, the little things in life that give us a smile on our faces, our family and friends. This period is a call to action to prepare for a new world.
