5 things to do in Milan this weekend From 4 to 6 March

Now that spring is starting to make itself felt, that a clear sky and a pale sun appear shyly on the horizon, the desire to go out is more felt than ever. Milan seems to be back to its old self, with the last restrictions coming down at the end of the month and events resuming full force. Even the faithful guide of nss seems to be back to the early days, when we had to juggle between a slew of options to recommend the best, so here it is, punctual as every weekend, a list of 5 things to do this weekend:

To Eat - 28 places

In via Corsico you can find a minimalist and intimate place, with only 28 seats and a terrace overlooking the Naviglio. A restaurant that since its opening in 2013 has made a lot of talk. Marco Ambrosino is the young chef from Procida with a menu that combines experimentation and avant-garde with a seasonal cuisine with clear Campanian origins, with recipes that change every two months while keeping some iconic dishes unchanged.

To Discover - Mario Sironi

At the Museo del Novecento an extensive retrospective dedicated to Mario Sironi. Curated by Elena Pontiggia and Annamaria Montaldo, the exhibition presents about a hundred works from public and private Italian collections, significant of the evolution of the author, who went through the different trends of Italian art in the first half of the 1900s: from Symbolism to Futurism, from Metaphysics to the 1900s, from the monumental executions of the 1930s to the canvases of the second post-war period.

Piazza del Duomo, 8

To Chill - Mag Cafe

The Mag Cafè is a place on the Naviglio that seems suspended in a timeless bubble, but with a well-defined goal: to guarantee consumers the best possible drink experience. Inside one of the most famous bars in Milan, you will find an original cocktail list, updated every six months and a beautiful vintage counter that comes directly from a historic pharmacy.

Ripa di Porta Ticinese, 43

To Club - LeCannibale

After more than a year, LeCannibale, the coolest event in Italy, is back at Pac Milano. Saturday, March 5th there will be a special event, a tribute to Pasolini on the occasion of the centenary of his birth: an audio/video concert and then audiovisual content, interviews and unpublished documents.

Via Palestro, 14

To Shop - Vintage Delirium

Located since 1985 in a courtyard of old Milan and furnished with vintage stuff, Vintage Delirium by Franco Jacassi is a showroom that boasts one of the largest collections of vintage clothing in the world. As if catapulted into another era, you will find an authentic gold mine where you can find a huge selection of couture and vintage fabrics, a collection of buttons with over fifty thousand models, magazines, buckles, antique applications and much more.
