Today Songzio celebrated its 30th anniversary with an exceptional fashion show in Paris, presenting its SS24 collection entitled 'Pure Rebel.' This collection brilliantly captures the pure yet subversive essence of the fashion house, presenting designs that are sculptural in stillness and fluid in movement. Combining elements of deconstructivist fashion with oriental elegance and a youthful spirit, Songzio's 24SS collection shows the order in the brand's disorder in a fascinating display. The design highlights of this collection show a harmonious convergence of classic and contemporary styles. Transforming inspiration from ancient Korean clothing and armor, Songzio incorporates its classic cocoon silhouette and volumes, delicately deconstructed with multi-layered draping and incised cuts.

Throughout the collection, the predominant use of multi-layered and draped garments stands out. From blazers and jackets to shirts and pants, these horizontally cut garments are paired with vertically arranged inner layers made of leather, habotai, and silk. This season, Songzio's creative process, known as 'Paint on Black,' materializes in the collection, with each piece beginning on a black canvas and featuring inspirational paintings. The brushstrokes and layers in these paintings represent not only the object but also its emotions, showing the artistic approach of the brand. The concept of brushstrokes and layers is not only limited to clothing but also extends to this season's accessories. Plate-layered shoulder bags and clutches, along with classic round derby shoes and tasseled loafers, accentuate the collection with their unique design. 

In addition, sneakers created in collaboration with Reebok, inspired by this season's signature design elements, add an extra touch of creativity to the ensemble. In terms of fabrics and colors, Songzio's 24SS collection features a fascinating contrast between heavy, sculptural fabrics and ultra-light, fluid ones. Bulky and edgy materials such as leather, wool silk, and satin cotton are juxtaposed with a transparent variety of silk, organza, and habotai. Alongside the brand's distinctive black, this season's color palette is light and delicate, with shades of ivory, beige, ecru, and cream, accented by delicate lime and salmon pink. The combination of these fabrics and colors further emphasizes the aesthetic appeal of the collection, adding depth and dimension to the maniacally crafted designs.
