The new chapter of the PUMA x PLEASURES collaboration.

This summer saw the debut of Velophasis, the first chapter in the collaboration between PLEASURES, the celebrated streetwear brand led by Los Angeles-based designer Alex James, and German sportswear icon PUMA. Building on the success of their previous venture, PUMA and PLEASURES have once again teamed up to launch their latest collaboration that blends the worlds of street style and technology, this time presenting the first apparel collection co-signed by the two brands. The new drop co-signed by the two brands is a bold fusion of past and future eras, seamlessly blending the German PUMA's love of performance with the imaginative attitude of Los Angeles represented by PLEASURES, a brand known for its punk, metal and grunge-inspired aesthetic, who brought their unique design sensibilities to this partnership, defying convention. Furthermore, the launch of the collection will be celebrated with the Velophasis Sound System event in Berlin, the cradle of PUMA and clubbing: a unique rave that will become a sort of parallel Oktoberfest, complete with unexpected surprises and exclusive guests.

In the second part of their creative partnership, both brands have included original motifs, technical details, bold graphic T-shirts and a range of accessories designed for big city life. There are two new iterations of the Velophasis sneakers, available in two different colourways, one with an off-white colour scheme and a slight yellowing on the sole, and another with orange, yellow and black colour blocks. Some of the items in the capsule boast prominent Sportartikelhersteller graphics, a tribute to PUMA's tradition as a manufacturer of track spikes and football boots that extends to the collection's T-shirts and sweatshirts. Furthermore, the collection pays homage to both Germany and Los Angeles, mixing references from these different locations and in particular with the special Biergarten graphic. Outerwear includes a quilted jacket with an all-over geometric pattern and a zipped jacket with raglan sleeves with an adjustable zip. Completing the ensemble are accessories such as a bucket hat and a shoulder bag made of durable Cordura ripstop fabric.

The new chapter of the PUMA x PLEASURES collaboration is already available starting today in PUMA stores and at selected retailers and online at both brands' websites.
