The rebranding of the Spanish Football Federation Which is also joined by the new logo of the National team

The Football Federation (RFEF) has presented its new logo that of the Spanish national football team, which is currently engaged in the qualification for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The new logo, however, won't be on the jerseys until 2022, so it will not appear during the next matches or at the next itinerant Euro 2020. The Federation's new logo, on the other hand, is already active and will be on social media (as for the Football national team) and will mark the official documents of the highest Iberian football institution.

The changes to the design of the national team logo have first of all reduced the chromatic impact: the only colors are red and yellow (the jersey ones). It has less details and a curvature of the "typical" Italian Scudetto contours, without the sinuousness of the previous model. In the center, however, remains the historic coat of arms in the middle. While the design of the Federation coat of arms is more ambiguous. At first glance, in fact, it may seem like one of the many logos of the German leagues, such as those of Mainz 05 or Kaiserslautern or Cologne, round and red-based. At the center - a bit logo-style of Bayer, also a German pharmaceutical company - are the letters of the acronym RFEF (Real Federación Española de Fútbol). But the federation, through a video, explained the link with pure football, being the circular shape of the new logo that of the midfield circle of a football field. The new logo is accompanied by a general rebranding of characters for communication and social media.
