Who are the world's highest paid influencers? And how much do they earn per post?

According to the 2023 Instagram Rich List by Hopperhq, which annually ranks the most followed and highest-paid public figures on the Meta platform, only two Italians are among the most established globally. After Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, who hold the top positions with 3.2 and 2.6 million dollars per post respectively, and following Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner, Dwayne Johnson, Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, and Beyoncé, we find Khaby Lame and Chiara Ferragni at the fortieth and ninety-second positions. Lame, who has gained popularity on social media in recent years with viral content on TikTok, currently has 80.6 million followers and earns 325,000 dollars per post, while Ferragni, in 2023, has reached 29.7 million followers and earns 102,000 dollars per post.

In the rankings, immediately after Beyoncé, we find Khloé Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Taylor Swift. Looking at the list nationally, Lame and Ferragni's top two positions are followed by Gianluca Vacchi, with 22.5 million followers and 69,000 euros per post, Mariano di Vaio, with 6.9 million followers and 20,000 euros per content, and finally Giulia De Lellis, who closes 2023 with 5.3 million followers and 16,000 euros per publication. Aside from exceptional cases like Ferragni, Lame, or Vacchi, on average, an Italian influencer earns less than 1000 euros per post, but the amount varies based on the number of followers. For creators with 5 to 10 thousand followers, the earnings are up to 300 euros per content, while those with up to 50 thousand followers receive compensation of over 800 euros per post.
