The eagerly awaited new edition of Milan Design Week will count among its celebrated guests the Maserati Trident icon. On April 20th, the carmaker's new showroom at Viale di Porta Vercellina 16 will open its doors to the public to inaugurate the launch of the new Maserati GranTurismo in two versions, the main protagonists of the day alongside the digital model designed by Hiroshi Fujiwara, and the limited edition Launch Edition PrimaSerie 75th Anniversary.

The meeting between the Modenese carmaker and Design Week in Milan represents the brand's relentless pursuit of beauty; with a special presentation that mixes virtual and real media, three original GranTurismo One Offs will highlight Maserati's commitment to continuous technological innovation, while the exclusive Launch Edition PrimaSerie 75th Anniversary will reaffirm the carmaker's profound legacy in grand style. The launch of the GranTurismo One Off Prisma, powered by the V6 Neptune combustion engine, and the Folgore One Off Luce electric version will also feature the work of Hiroshi Fujiwara, the streetwear artist who has interpreted an iteration of the high-performance Digital One Off coupé in his own unique way for the event, alongside a capsule collection.

For Klaus Busse, Head of Design at Maserati, the event will be an unforgettable day for the Modenese company. «Granturismo Prisma is an ode to our 75-year heritage and the know-how that has gone into all the cars Maserati has built over time. Granturismo Luce is our future, looking ahead, in perfect balance with Prisma. Each one makes sense in the function of the other. In terms of innovation, Prisma expresses all the beauty and excellence typical of Italian craftsmanship and the mastery of painting and coloring; Luce reveals all the technology developed with Folgore, combining Italian avant-garde and creativity.»
