adidas new City Pack is a tribute to Russia

The so-called post-soviet style is taking fashion by storm, and adidas Originals is always good at keeping the pace with trends.

That's why the new additions to their City series is a tribute to Russia, with Moscow and St. Petersburg called to revolution the silhouette of one of it's most famous classics of all times: the iconic Gazelle.

The Moskva edition draw inspiration from the Kremlin's walls and matches a white leather upper with red stripes, creating an interesting contrast; the St. Petersburg edition, instead, pairs a black nubuck upper with blue flashes as a reminder of Leningrad's rivers and soccer history.

The adidas Originals Gazelle GTX “City Pack” launches globally on October 7 and it will be available to buy on the official website and in select stores.
