Eredi Zucca tells the story of Milan through two new fragrances Fragrances inspired by Sant'Ambrogio and Einstein

Eredi Zucca has enriched its fragrance collection with two new chapters: Santo and Ventuno, two Eau de Parfum that bring the collection's creations to ten. Both signed by Alessandro Olmo (Givaudan), they are born from the Via Bigli neighbourhood, where the maison's boutique is located: on one side, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, and on the other, number 21, where the Einstein family lived between 1894 and 1900.

Santo pays homage to Sant'Ambrogio. It is a woody, amber and resinous composition. It opens with Italian bergamot and Madagascar black pepper, accompanied by Philippine elemi. At the heart, Atlas cedar, Virginia cedar and Haitian vetiver; at the base, Indonesian patchouli, Somali olibanum, myrrh, a leather accord and musk. The bottle is in honey-orange glass, a tribute to the bees that, according to legend, settled on the saint's cradle when he was an infant, miraculously symbolising his future eloquence.

Ventuno, meanwhile, takes its name from the Einstein family's Milan address. It is citrusy, woody and musky. The opening combines Italian bergamot, clementine and lemon with a green tea accord. The heart features pink pepper, white flowers and magnolia; the base is built on Indonesian patchouli, Virginia cedar and musk. The bottle is powder blue, evoking creative lightness and above all the celestial world that the great scientist helped to explain through his brilliant theories.

The two fragrances bring into dialogue the patron saint of Milan and the scientist who spent part of his youth here, connecting the city's heritage with the tradition of Eredi Zucca, born from research into the archives of Milanese barbers dating back to 1652 and today rooted in the boutique on Via Bigli.
