ACRONYM® x Nike Air Presto Mid returns

One of the most hyped sneakers of 2016, and quickly being added to many most wanted grail lists thereafter. The ACRONYM® edition of Nike’s Air Presto Mid, reimagined by Errolson Hugh, has been eagerly awaited to make a return. Teased over the summer and with a delayed release date, we’re finally coming closer to the release of the new versions of the ACRONYM® x Nike Air Presto Mid.

Coming in 3 new colorways, a classic Cool Grey/Black, a hotter Dynamic Yellow/White, and the wild card this time is the Racer Pink/Photo Blue, which like last times neon edition is the stand out pair of the bunch with its, fluoro pink lower and bright blue upper, and neon yellow detailing, will surely make at least as many heads turn as did the originals. The shoes still feature the novel ankle collar, dual zipper closure system which greatly aides in putting the shoes on and off. 

With Errolson's ever-growing hype, we've also seen budgets inflated for his Nike collabs after the last western inspired campaign which was shot together with John Mayer this new campaign pushes the limits even further. Featuring a multitude of Hughs set in a dystopian futuristic lab, we see him and the sneakers being put through various tests. At the Shanghai release event parts of the impressive set were even rebuilt to create a totally immersive experience for the attendees. 

The new official release date is set to September 20th available via the SNEAKRS app and Nike Lab stores worldwide. Don’t sleep as these are going to go fast!
