After the controversial and debated rebranding of Twitter, which has now become X, Elon Musk has done it again, changing the logo of another of his companies: Space X. Indeed, the Texas-based SpaceX space centre has a goat symbol in its profile, a redesign that has not gone unnoticed as some users on Twitter itself have pointed out that Musk's chosen logo bears a striking resemblance to the crest of a Scottish amateur team, Haddington Town FC. The club took advantage of the sudden social media notoriety to contact Elon Musk and ask him to invest in the team, and immediately reposted the message.

We are well aware of the copy-paste nature of the world of sports logos, as evidenced by the many professional and non-professional teams that have designed their own logos inspired by other, more famous teams. And as hard as it is to believe that Elon Musk actually knows a non-professional team from the province of Edinburgh, it is curious that both have come up with the same design and that a group of friends who play football on Sundays is now associated with trips to Mars.
