Celtic's new font inspired by Batman Forever

Celtic's new font inspired by Batman Forever From Gotham City to Glasgow, it's a short step

On the occasion of the Europa League play-off win over AZ, Celtic debuted with their new away shirt made by adidas, which is entirely green with gold logos. Nothing strange so far, except that the team from Glasgow has used a different font from that of the first shirt, which takes us back in time. It was exactly in 1995 when Joel Schumacher, after the great success of the two films directed by Tim Burton, gave birth to Batman Forever. It will not have escaped the notice of the discerning eye that Celtic adopted the same font used by Schumacher for the third film of the Gotham superhero, who at that time was facing two new enemies: Two-Face and the Riddler.

As footyheadlines reports, the new font is exactly the same as the iconic film. To admire it in all its beauty we will have to wait until the 16th of September when the Scots will play in the Europa League against Betis in Spain. As we saw yesterday in the match against Rangers, Celtic will use this font only in the European competition since in the Scottish Premiership and in the cup it is obliged to respect the one imposed by the league.
