For the SS20 show, Prada has decided to fly to Shanghai, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the twinning between the Chinese city and the Italian capital of fashion. As location Miuccia has picked the Silo Hall of Minsheng Wharf, Asia’s largest silo, a powerful reminder of Shanghai’s industrial heritage.

The lens of Robert J Williams has captured the best looks outside of the show. The main protagonists are the sheer socks with the iconic Prada logo, the padded headbands brought back on the catwalks by the Italian Maison, sporty bucket hats and a lot of sneakers, both in luxury versions and classic Nike silhouettes.

Discover in our exclusive reportage the best street style outside the Prada show.
