Mobile launches Easy Numbers, the new service that lets you personalise between three and six digits of your own phone number, keeping only the prefix unchanged. The service is aimed at anyone who wants a distinctive number for themselves, to give as a gift, for professional reasons, or simply to add personality to a contact that accompanies everyday life. In an increasingly crowded market of new products, ho. Mobile continues to focus on genuine customer satisfaction and small, concrete actions that make the experience more enjoyable and recognisable.
To tell the Easy Numbers story in an unexpected and entertaining way, ho. Mobile chose to bring the service into real-life locations. The activation comes to life at the Ostello Bello venues in Milan Duomo, Genoa, Bologna and Palermo, where the bathrooms are transformed into a genuine noticeboard of "h.ot" ads left by easy phone numbers in search of an owner. The inspiration comes from an insight familiar to many: the notices scrawled on the walls of public bathrooms. In this case, however, the ads become an ironic and irreverent way to introduce the new service, turning a transitional space into a cheeky, memorable brand experience.
The activation schedule features bathroom customisation across all four venues with dedicated events. On 15 October, the opening evening takes place at Milan Duomo, with karaoke open to the public from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. On 22 October, a themed karaoke evening is planned in Genoa, on 29 October in Bologna, and on 5 November in Palermo. Each evening is designed to offer fun moments, unique elements and an out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere, allowing hostel guests to encounter the brand in a direct and spontaneous way. Events are free but places are limited, so registration on Eventbrite will be required.
