I met Silvia at Stussy in Milan, a shop where I go often. We shared the same passion for street-culture and the same academic background, so our friendship was born quite naturally.

#1 What’s the origin of your passion for sneakers and when was it born ?

I don’t know exactly when it became a real passion, I just realised it when it already was. Streetwear has always characterised my style, the sneaker culture has been the next step.

#2 What’s your favorite sneaker brand?

Nike for sure! Although I must admit lately I prefer Vans. Despite its simple and clean concept, after many years it still manages to be never obvious or banal.

#3 What’s your dream sneaker? Image you can create the perfect collaboration.

It would be cool to see again a collaboration between Nike and Stussy. They could create the Air Max 1 – I imagine it super colourful, with the Stussy tag sewed on the point.

#4 What’s your favorite emergent sneaker brand?

I don’t have one yet. There are a lot of new brands going in the right direction, but none of them has yet managed to prevail on my favourite brands, also because I’m a fan of iconic models.
