Diesel has just announced its collaboration with with The Fabricant and Neuno to enter the world of NFTs. The Glenn Martens-directed brand today unveiled D:VERSE, a new platform featuring an NFT collection somewhere between physical and virtual. The collection includes unique NFT editions of items seen at the brand's Milan fashion show as well as limited edition physical garments, sneakers and accessories. Together with the platform was presented the D:VERSE family network through which those who will have purchased the NFT of Diesel will have access to a private channel Discord and D:VERSE KEY, a token that will provide exclusive rights for pre-sales of future NFT signed by the brand at a discounted price, but also lotteries, free launches, additional wearable items in the metaverse as well as new games and projects that the brand will build for its online community. Pre-sales for the first NFT launch have already closed, while the public sale will begin tomorrow, March 12, and will be open for 55 hours.

The first unique NFT collection, as rumored, will come from the brand's FW22 collection presented in Milan in recent weeks. Being presented as NFTs are the flagship products seen at the show, including a fur jacket, a down jacket, a sneaker and an accessory that will be offered for sale on a first come first served format. One of these NFTs will also be a very rare one-off edition and will be offered for sale via an exclusive auction held through the brand's partner, Rarible, on March 12. The transformation of the physical items into their digital version will be done through a dedicated customization process. In addition, the limited edition sneakers will be made available in a selected version through a poll held among the brand's NFT owners. Among other things, both traditional payment methods and cryptocurrencies will be accepted on the platform, which will also offer a tutorial to set up an e-wallet and a sales platform at nft.diesel.com.
