Mytheresa and Valentino present 'V-Ring Fashion Film' The images of the new it-bag Vring meet Augmented Reality

Among the bags for next season, the new it-bag by Valentino, the Vring bag, stands out. Revealed on the occasion of the Paris Fashion Week SS19 and characterized by the minimal logo "V" in antique copper on the closure, the new item created by Pierpaolo Piccioli has immediately become one of the most beloved accessories by celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Naomi Campbell, Courtney Love or Alexa Chung.

To celebrate this fascinating object, Valentino has joined forces with Mytheresa to launch a series of initiatives that include an interactive installation at the platform's pop-up store in Munich that will develop the concept of a shopping experience fusing physical and digital worlds, a special event and dinner during Art Basel next June and a digital campaign curated by Thomas Webb.

The British artist, known for his use of real-time data to create digital works, is the author of V-Ring, a fashion film visible from May 29, 2019 that presents for the first time AR elements. As Mytheresa and Valentino explain, the film is "about Love - Love - Love for technology that allows fashionistas far away not to feel so far from the desired pieces".
