The sneaker with waist bag of ULTRAOLIVE and New Balanc

If you grew up in the 80s you will probably remember Inspector Gadget, the bizarre and clumsy detective who could stretch every part of his body that hid a lot of useful objects under the raincoat. Now the protagonist of the famous cartoon has become the inspiration for ULTRA990, the new sneaker resulting from the collaboration between New Balance and ULTRAOLIVE. This is an evolved version of the New Balance 990 that combines the classic ENCAP midsole with a high-quality suede upper combined with an oversized hole mesh lining, thus ensuring maximum breathability to the shoe. These elements blend well with the reflective panels and the new cord lacing system. The most interesting detail that is reminiscent of the Nike experiment with the Funny Pack slippers, is the introduction of a removable waist bag that can contain small objects.
