Balenciaga to blend men's and women's collections

It was only a matter of moments before Balenciaga made the final step. And now the official announcement has arrived: from this moment the womanswear and the menswear collections, will be on the runway together.

A tear to tradition that has always distinguished Fashion Weeks all over the world but, at the same time, it's just 'keeping up with the times'. A new custom that, since two years, all the main brands are adopting. History is changing, it is written alone and we can not be ignore it. On the other hand, considering the continuous discussions on equality and gender equality, why do we still have to divide the two categories in 2017? This does not mean going against tradition but dictating a new one.
