We've lived the Vans UltraRange Experience

Vans began a new adventure and presents the new UltraRange model, available in Europe since August 1st. Embracing a life of exploration, discovery and untiring research, the Ultra Range was designed in conjunction with the Vans Pro Surfer Pat Gudauskas, on a constant journey to the world in search of the perfect wave.

Extremely lightweight, breathable, the UltraCush Lite midsole guarantees maximum ammonia, while the seamless Rapidweld upper allows greater flexibility in high abrasion areas, reducing pressure points on the foot: Vans UltraRange more than a shoe is the representation of a lifestyle.

Thanks to the collaboration with the surfer, the new Vans silhouette comes to life, a turning point in the history of Vans' Footwear Design. When we asked Dane Gudauskas, Pat's brother and part of the Vans Pro Surfer crew, what he liked about this shoe, this is what he said:

"We spend a lot of time traveling, we travel about ten months a year for work (my brothers are pro surfers) and we felt the need for a shoe that was comfortable and practical and functional and Vans! (Laughs)

The ProRange is perfect, it's the only shoe you have to pack when you're out. It's a lifestyle you can wear in any situation, to travel, to go hiking, to the beach ... before and after the surf ".

And they did!

In three days in the wonderful Mundaka Beach, near Bilbao, Vans Pro Surfers and a selection of photographers, bloggers and journalists celebrated the spirit of the Vans ProRange through a series of experiences ranging from camping to hiking to surfing.
