Despite last month Hood By Air has officially announced its (temporary?) hiatus from fashion shows, due also to its co-founder Shayne Oliver's moving to the Creative Direction of Helmut Lang, the new SS17 advertising campaign of the brand is out.
If we were still in the golden age of paper magazines, it could be one of those campaigns we should cut out from the glossy pages of Vogue and keep it over time because, besides being the last advertising shooting by Hood By Air, it reflects definitively the essence of the brand. The shots celebrate some of the most iconic pieces of the last collection, like the “two-in-one” boots and the satin pants with zips, creating an undergroud atmosphere, almost creepy, who combines fashion and feticism as only Hood By Air could do.
