David van der Veen is the protagonist of inhabit #6. Illustrator with a romantic mood, David experiment different illustrative techniques with the aim to express his emotions through his works and today he will tell us what does "home" means to him.

To me, home is where the heart is. You don’t choose the place you live in your heart does. When you find it, you just feel it deep inside you. It can be several places, it can be because of the memories you have there, your friends, family… But the heart gets to choose.
David van der Veen is an illustrator currently settled in Valencia, Spain. He loves to create all type of graphic content for editorial, advertising, branding, etc. His work has a particular style where he likes to experiment different textures and colors in order to express mainly his melancholy towards love.
