La Ditto, musa di Gaultier, non è nuova alle incursioni nel mondo della moda e dopo le collaborazioni con Vans e Mac, è il turno dell’eyewear.

Tutto parte da uno schizzo della leader dei Gossip, che, grazie a design e tecnologia del marchio tedesco, si evolve in un occhiale da sole stile “gatta”, in acciaio inox, disponibile in nero, viola e bianco.

“Beh, ho una testa enorme e dunque questi occhiali sono enormi. E il viola è il mio colore preferito. Così ho pensato che se nessun altro li avesse indossati, almeno avrei avuto gli occhiali da sole dei miei sogni per il resto della mia vita".

E continua: “Sono felicissima di avere finalmente degli occhiali che mi stiano. Dopo averne cercati inutilmente per anni, il progetto con MYKITA mi stava particolarmente a cuore. Quando il modello BETH era pronto, è bastato provarlo una sola volta: assolutamente perfetto!”.

Ditto, Gaultier’s muse, isn’t strange to foray into the fashion world and after the collaboration with Vans and Mac, it’s the turn of eyewear.

Everything starts from a sketch by the Gossip’s leader who, thanks to style and design of the German brand, evolves into a cat style sunglasses, made in stainless steel, available in black, purple and white.

“Well, I have a huge head, so these glasses are enormous! And my favourite colour is purple! So I knew that even if no one else wore them, at least I’d have the shades of my dreams for the rest of my life”.

And She continues: “I’m delighted to finally have a pair of specs that suit me, "Ditto said in a statement. ”After searching fruitlessly for years, the project with Mykita was a fantastic opportunity. When BETH was finished, I only had to try her on once: a perfect fit!".
